~it's a WoNdErFuL life~

Labor Day weekend is always fun...end of the summer...everyone going back to school, and getting ready for the Fall months. This weekend was jammed packed with all sorts of fun things! It all started on Thursday evening at Amy's apartment, having dinner with half of my pledge class, those are always fun nights, because usually we haven't seen each other in a couple of weeks and have a lot to talk about...and, with Amy being prego that gave us plently to talk about! And to look at...considering Julie kept asking Amy to pull up her shirt!! She has the cutest belly! I also got made fun of for blogging!...I'm sure some of you are reading this right now...I caught you!

Friday night was even better, my brother Branden has his first varsity football game! Derrick and I went to that and saw a blowout game! 52-0 Jaguars!!! Then it was Julie's 22nd birthday at the Jive n Wail in Maplewood! It was very crowded there, but I jumped right in with the girls and started singing along with them and the piano guys! It was a really good time!

Saturday was Mancini's pool party! Matt, Kim, and the kids came into town...they stopped at our apartment first to check it out, we then went out to lunch, then headed to the pool for some awesome SUN, and Macnamera's Margaritas! Let's just say me, Kim, and Brandy ended up in the pool again for late night swimming...that wasn't the first time either!

Sunday was also a GREAT time! Bobby and Amy invited us on his parents' BIG boat on the Mississippi! We parked on the beach, drank beer while floating up and down the river. Bobby was in from Florida so him and Derrick needed their 'boy' time...which doesn't bother me because I always enjoy Amy Waser's company! We also had a ton to talk about and catch up on. Yesterday was a long day.....................I was happy to come home tho....and not to mention that I got a lot, a lot, a lot of sun for the second day in a row!!!

Overall the weekend was awesome! Today we finally got our dish and internet...which came at a good time, you only can talk about so many things and the picking between two starts!!!!!!!! Back to reality tomorrow :(
