Sunday Rest

I love Sundays more than life. However, this obsession only started after college, and I really started to acute an appreciation for my job. In college, I did homework on Sundays. Now, I eat, watch TV, and movies.

I came back from my parents house early Sunday afternoon. I knew Derrick would be back later in the afternoon, so I showered, got comfy on the couch with Beetle and watched Father of the Bride. I started craving hot chocolate with marshmellows, graham crackers, and smores...all separately...
Pregnant? I THINK NOT! Sometimes I get a sweet craving and surprisely it won't involve dark chocolate. I purposely called Derrick because I knew he was on his way home...I told him all of my requests, and also told him to pick up something good for dinner from the store. (Knowingly, because he gets the best stuff!!)

He finally got home with bags in his arms...as he pulled everything out of the bags, he named it, and of course, got every last thing I asked for! He also pulled out a little surprise...fall flowers :) That sweetheart...he also got salmon, shrimp skewers, and asparugus for dinner, I put in my special touch...risotto, one of our favs.

We each have a head cold right now...Derrick fell a sleep at 730, myself 830. So much for spending the evening together!

Rest of the weekend was quiet...my mom and I went to two wedding boutiques and Davids Bridal. I probably tried on 20 dresses, loved every last one of them, I don't know how I will ever decide. I'm extremely picky ;) Saturday night was rather enjoyable...my aunt surprised my grandmother so me, my dad, and mom got a pizza...went over there and hung out...multiple glasses of red wine later......... :) I'm really into red wine these days!

My car is fixed...bless it. Stay warm!
