My Life As I Know It!

The past 2 weeks, and the week ahead of me is completely dedicated to work. I've been working 15 hour days for this event and I'm still going strong! It's been a really great experience and lots of fun! However, I won't be sad when it's over ;)

I don't have much spare time on my hands these days. My work is paying for all of us to stay at the Chase Park Plaza, which is great because I have fresh towels, and my bed is made every day! And it's nice because I can walk to work...which makes me want to live in the Central West End very badly!! Right now I am sitting outside work at one of our tables, enjoying this beautiful Sunday morning, having an egg sandwich from Companion, a coffee, and soaking in the little personal time I have :) I haven't seen much of Derrick either, or Beetle Bailey (my parents' are watching her for the time being.) Although, my sweet fiance came to the opening ceremonies for my work event which was amazing. It was in the backyard of Saint Louis University Museam of Art, with wine and passed appetizers. The weather was absolutely perfect. After wards, Derrick surprised me and took me out to dinner at Scape in the CWE (I think he knew he wouldn't see me for a while :) We shared a bottle of white wine, and enjoyed dinner, and each others company.The picture above was taken by a photographer at the opening event. I love it! Other than that, that's all about all that's been going on with me! Work, work, work!!! All I know, is that when this work week is over next Sunday, I am going to be extremely excited about our wedding coming up and also all the fun events on Memorial Day weekend!
