As of Thursday evening, we are the proud owners of 7918 Martys in Afton, MO!!! This house is pretty much right off Laclede Station Rd and Heege. We are so excited to be closing on August 18th. This house has everything we wanted and more! This is the front of the house. We plan to do some major landscaping in the next few months. It is an all brick home with three bedrooms, and two full baths.
This is our fireplace on the main floor, I just love it!
The basement is finished with tile that I love!
Our backyard is huge and already fenced in, however, in the next few months we would like to put a 6-foot privacy fence up!
This is looking into the dining room from the living room. It's so beautiful. The wood floors are new as well!More pictures to come!!

So many congrats are in order! New house, wedding in just a week, Derrick's new job! Your new home looks lovely and I am so excited for you both. There is nothing like buying your first house... it gives you such a sense of accomplishment and feels like you have a place to build "your own" family. Great job!!!
