Last weekend, I worked ALL weekend long on a project with my co-workers, so I really didn’t do anything social, except hang out with my good friend Nicole Saturday night! We sat out on her front porch and enjoyed the night. Wish I could have stayed longer, but knowing I had to get up early, I opted for my bed.
This past weekend was great. For me, it started at Thursday at 5 p.m. My boss let us off on Friday (due to working the previous weekend) I hurried home to meet Derrick’s sister and her son, Mindy and Jonathan for dinner at our house. Derrick, Mindy, and I enjoyed drinks and a great dinner with filets, corn on the cob, and spinach salad!!! Jonathan played and made us laugh the entire night. It was really good to see Mindy and catch up with her. Unfortunately, her husband Andy was on a golf tournament so we didn’t get to see him.
On Friday, I made plans to lay out with Brandy at the Shrewsbury pool. I desperately needed the SUN, and some girl time. The heat and the sun combined was a killer. Derrick also got off a little early so we headed to Ste. Genevieve to spend some time with the family. Everyone was in town, including Derrick’s grandmother from Naples, FL.
On Saturday, I slept in and then went on a nice run/walk with my other sister-in-law Kim. The boys were outside playing...how cute are they?!?!
It’s so different running and walking in Ste.Gen, so much quieter than St. Louis! After a little relaxation in the afternoon, all of us girls started to get ready for the TIM MCGRAW concert! 
Beforehand, me, Kim, Mindy, Sandy, and Grandma went to Cunetto’s on The Hill! This was the very first concert Grandma had been too, so she was very excited. We had GREAT seats, so we had a very nice view of Mr. McGraw. I must say, he is very, very sexy. It was a great concert, I couldn’t stop dancing and singing!
Ummm...wow...I didn't think Tim McGraw was this good looking...
