On Sunday, August 1st we celebrated our one-year anniversary! We slept in and then brought out the top tier of our wedding cake. Now, everyone says that theirs was not good, but I have to tell you...ours was amazing!!! The chocolate filling inside was fantastic. We each had a small piece, and the rest is sitting in the fridge...
Later that day, after a couple hours of laying around we decided to get out and enjoy the amazing day. Derrick threw our bikes in the back of his truck and we headed up to Creve Coeur lake. It was awesome! We rode for 45 minutes and got some sun. I can't wait to go back to either walk, run, or ride.

Later that night, we wanted to go somewhere fun for dinner. Even though we have been to the Broadway Oyster Bar before, we wanted to go again. We love craw fish! It was a great first anniversary with the love of my life!
