It hit, and it hit pretty good. The snow is here, and the streets are covered! It's always so pretty right after it snows...but then gets really nasty. Today, our office decided to work from home, so that is really nice! I've been working, cleaning, playing around the house, having a good time! I have all my blinds open so I can see this winter wonderland :)
As you can see Beetle loves the snow, she runs really, really fast in it...
I needed something for my mantle, now that Christmas is over. I went outside and collected sticks. My fingers froze.

My fingers froze.Since my husband is in Colorado, I have been keeping myself busy and enjoying the really quiet house! Working out, new TV shows, and last night, my good friend Julie came over to hang out with me. We went to Dierbergs to get supplies: WINE, cheese and triscuits, and hummus and pitas! We got to catch up which is great and things for Julie and going so great right now!!! She is going to be a HOMEOWNER!!!!! I'm so happy for her, and the best part about it is that she is living, literally, 2 miles away! Congrats to Julie - can't wait for the house warming party in the spring!
On New Years Day - we were over at my parents house, and Sophie eats just like a little puppy, in her bowl!

I don't know about you, but I think a girls week is deserved after the boys have been in Colorado for a whole week! Although I can't say I mind the nice clean house I have while the mess-maker is away:) Glad to know you are making the most of your week and enjoying the snow!
