~Mcnamera Couples Shower~

This past Saturday was full of cleaning, cooking, and running around in preparation for the Mcnamera couples shower! I got my workout, grocery shopping, and errands are done before 1p, which gave me the opportunity to lay down for a short hour before getting in the shower to get ready! The shower was held at an awesome loft apartment in South City on the top of Macs work building. We had about 70 people there with great food and drinks. I was in charge of the following:

DIPS & CHIPS:

• Spinach Artichoke dip
• Buffalo Chicken Dip
• 7-layer dip

Double batches were made of each in the crock pots, except the 7-layer dip. Everything went great - and Brandy and Michael had a great time!top: The happy couple - Brandy & Michael!

Unfortunately, my camera started acting weird throughout the night. It might be time for a new one...

To back up a bit - Friday night consisted of me hanging out over at Brandy's until about 8p, then I went home to start my cleaning, and finish laundry. I just love a Friday night in.

A special CONGRATS go to Julie - she received 'Rookie of the Year' at her company Da-Com!! She won a free weekend at the Ozarks along with an awesome trophy!
