Rain + Tired = Coffee

This morning was a rough one, trying to get out of bed. Besides from the rain, I will not feeling super great. On my way home from my parents' house around 9p, my head and throat started to not feel great. My throat started to swell a bit and then this morning I was achy everywhere. However, I am pushing through this and not letting myself get sick! I got ready for work, and headed straight to the Starbucks up the street from our house. I usually get a coffee misto with skim milk with 2 pumps of sugar-free vanilla. I'm a little burnt out on that and have switched it up to a misto with only soy milk, and it rocks! While I'm on the subject of Starbucks...it made me think of the health care reform, and the only good thing that is going to come out of that is that all fast-food restaurants, including Starbucks will now have to have their nutrition information placed inside and on the drive-through order windows. I do believe that people should be aware of what they are eating whether they care or not. That's all I have to say...I don't want to talk to much politics on my FUN blog!

Anyway - last night I headed out to my parents to bring Sassy (their pug) back to them. I completely forgot to take pictures of their brand new hardwood floors and furniture! The floors look awesome. They went with a darker wood. However, you can kind of see them with this picture of Sophie - their baby bulldog...she's getting to be NOT so tiny anymore! She is the sweetest little girl.
