Dan the Man

I got to spend time with one of my very good friends this weekend. Funny things were said, done, and, personally it ALL was hilarious. Dan Ridenhour is a long-time college friend and co-worker. We worked at Pladium together, and have should I say...Partied together quite frequently. This past weekend Dan came to St.Louis because it was Fall break from school and so he decided to celebrate his birthday on the Landing. On Friday when I was at work Dan and I started messenging each other on Facebook, and decided to meet for a drink at Bar Louie. We caught up on all kinds of things. I had a blast, I wish Dan lived in St.Louis so much because he IS that fun.

On Saturday, we went to Megan and Tom's wedding. It was great, Windows on Washington is so pretty and very elegant. We decided to go to the Landing after the wedding to meet Dan, Bova, and Charla. It was good to see Bova and Charla, havn't seen him in a while. (They said they read my blog...thanks guys!!) Dan got really drunk, it was funny. What's even funnier is that when we went to Lumiere after the Landing, they wouldn't let Dan in because he looked to drunk. Poor Dan. We all went home (everyone slept at our house) woke up the next morning I made a monster breakfast. Here's the funny part...and if you know Dan Ridenhour, you will appreciate this statement he made...While Dan was putting gravy and his biscuits he says, "Did you know that's why 1/2 the people in the United States live here because of biscuits and gravy?" I lost it...Dan was still drunk and had no idea what he was saying. Priceless.

This next weekend is going to a blast! SEMO Homecoming!! I'm sure a ton of stories will stem from that!
