Sleepy Head Weekend

To say the least, I slept a lot of this past weekend. Friday night I was dunzo and just wanted to stay home so that's exactly what we did. Derrick and I went to a new Mexican restaurant, not as good as El Maguey... I was a little bummed. I love falling a sleep early and waking up early. Come 8am Saturday morning I was up and on the couch watching movies pretty much all day. Derrick went to a 'Food and Wine Tasting' at the Chase, and I had all day until Julie came over around 5. She brought a bottle of wine and we looked at bridesmaids dresses online. When Lo got off work she met us at our apartment then we headed to the Drunken Fish for sushi! It was delicious. We bar hopped a little around the CWE, to Brennan's and then to Bar Louie. We were home by midnight I believe. It was a fun night.

Sunday...just another day full of movies, and a nice long nap :) Finally, I had to drag myself off the couch to the grocery store with Derrick. It's just so cold and misarable outside. As you can see, my weekend was pretty uneventful :( but so relaxing and full of resting. Beetle Bailey was the sleepy head of all sleepy heads though...all she does is sleep especially when someone cuddles with her. Next weekend is pretty exciting already, the Superbowl is on, and we are going to Ste.Gen!
