It's down to the nitty gritty! Tomorrow is the rehearsal dinner, and Derrick and I are super excited! We've both kept busy the beginning of this week with house stuff mostly. Today we had our inspection, which went wonderfully. Our house is 58 years old, and the inspector said from a 'professional' stand point it looks awesome. He said the brick work is beautiful :)
I left work today around 2pm to go to the house for the inspection, which was a nice start to vacation! I felt good leaving work, with all the congrats! and have a great time! comments. Last night Julie and I went out for sushi which was great, and also helped Julie take her mind off of her putting a bid on a house! It's weird, me and all my friends are really starting to do big adult things!! It's exciting, and I'm excited for Julie because she will probably be buying a house soon too, hopefully by us! Then we can really start walking together again :)
I have so many thoughts right now. It's going to be hard for me to fall asleep tonight. However, the bags are packed and I feel organized. I plan on getting up early tomorrow morning, going for a workout, picking up our marriage license, and then finally meeting my mom, gram, and aunt for nails and pedicures by 10am! I'm so excited to see all our family that is coming in from Indy, Pittsburgh, Florida, and Georgia! I will take lots and lots of pictures, and try to blog through this process but I don't know how that will turn out!
Who knows, the next time I blog, it could be when I'm Mrs. Stewart!!!!!!!
I love Derrick so much, and can't wait to be his wife on Saturday and forever :)
