New Product - A Must Share!

I have found a product that I love and must share!!! I love yogurt. In fact, I have decided that I don't like 'regular' yogurt anymore, only the GREEK stuff! Greek yogurt has a much more thicker consistency and a better flavor. I am an OIKOS girl, but picked up a couple of the Yoplaits Greek yogurt for fun. Lately, Oikos has been almost gone on the shelves when I shop for it :( Everyone else has realized how delicious it actually is and how good it is for you. Anyway - Yoplait Greek has up to 130 calories, and 0 grams fat! (which is the important part.) So many yogurts are packed with calories and sugar, but people think it is healthy for you because it's 'yogurt' which is completely FALSE!I often pair most of my yogurt breakfasts with granola. Again, watch the grams of fat and sugar. Granolas are another food that can be misleading. Bear Naked granola is okay on the fat, sugar, etc. This time I bought the 'fruit & nut' but I usually stick with the regular. The fruit and nut compared to the regular does have a big difference grams of fat wise, so I did treat myself buying this particular flavor (but it is delicious!) I just do up to 3 spoon fulls of granola in the yogurt, which is filling and satisfying. It definately makes my mornings a little more enjoyable!
