On Thanksgiving morning, Derrick played in the Turkey Bowl, and was very sore the next couple days :( It was fun watching all the guys play.
A little about the weekend...
Friday we headed to Ste.Gen and had a great dinner. Friday night me, Derrick, Matt, & Kim went into town to visit JMob and Mary...Mary is getting ready to have a little boy any day! Saturday, we dropped the kids of at a sitter, and went up to Brentwood to shop at Crate&Barrel and the Galleria! I also had an appointment at Demetrios at 2:30. Something great totally came out of that store!! I HAVE FOUND THE DRESS!! It is being made and will be here in 7 months! All I am going to say is that it is everything I've wanted and looked for and it is gorgeous!!! It is classic, but also sexy! Derrick is going to love it :) After that, Sandy, Kim and I went for a drink to celebrate! After shopping at the Galleria, we headed over to the Central West End and had dinner at the Drunken Fish. Sandy wasn't so sure about the sushi, but she tried it and really liked it, unlike Kim and I, we LOVE sushi!!
The boys went hunting all day, and Matt killed a deer. So, of course when we got home at 11pm, all the boys were standing around the skinned deer in the garage, drinking beers, and starting at the dead animal hanging from the ceiling. Awesome. Tyson and Elisha came over to visit, so when I got home I visited with Lisha! We chatted about the wedding and their honeymoon. I will not know where we are going for our honeymoon! Derrick is surprising me: all I know is that we are going somewhere in South America!!! I can't wait!

Your blogs always crack me up because we are insanely alike... I couldn't wait to watch the Britney Spears special either... and our christmas trees look way too much alike. I have the same ribbon curled down my tree like that. AND I heart Crate & Barrell.... let me ask you this? Are you a Pottery Barn fan, too? Anyways, hope you had a good Thanksgiving!
