~Taking it Day by Day~

Today has been such a bitter sweet day for me. Yesterday I was offered a position within another company (still the same world as my other job...if that makes any sense!) I won't be working for the non-profit anymore in the Central West End, but now working for a company called RKL Consulting. RKL is an art consulting firm. I will still be working with many of the same people I do now in from a different aspect on different projects and subjects. It's rather confusing! However, I am very excited and looking forward to the new challenge and the new and more responsibility! It will be a long transition period from one to the next. The bittersweet part came into play when I had to tell my amazing boss. He was a little heart broken :(

This evening, Derrick and I were out running errands and Derrick recommended that we celebrate my new job at Texas Roadhouse. He twisted my arm! We celebrated over beers and dinner, and had a really nice time ;)

Tomorrow is when all the fun begins though! The move process is starting, along with the painting!! My parents are coming down and I can't wait! We will officially be moved in by Saturday!
